A Fixed Fee of $5,500 plus GST

A payment of $1,500 plus GST
payable at the time of the first on boarding meeting to begin the appointment

A payment of $4,000 plus GST
payable before the restructuring plan is issued to suppliers
Variable Fee
If the plan is agreed with the supplier then a further fee is payable based on a percentage of the amount to be distributed to supplier. The percentage to be agreed depends on the amount of work to be undertaken. This fee will normally range between 5% and 10% of distributions.
Additional fees may be incurred where there are significant disputes over the amount owed to suppliers.
Olvera First will provide a discount of 10% to the first 100 clients under its new small business restructuring programme.
