What to expect from us:

certificate of eligibility for small business restructuring process
3.
notices to suppliers of the appointment, ongoing trading, the restructuring plan and the voting process
4.
Restructuring Plan including the standard terms and Proposal Statement
5.
If your proposal is accepted then we manage the payments to your suppliers
